About the Position:
The Human Resource Manager (HR Manager) provides leadership, direction, and guidance for the Human Resource program and serves as an advisor and strategic partner to Executive Management of the Company. Reports to the CFO.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in an HR-related management position, preferably for a construction-oriented firm
• Certification as a Senior Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and SPHR preferred
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
